How would you envision a new Arts & Recreation Centre?
When a new Arts & Recreation Centre comes to Cavan-Monaghan, what would be on your wish-list for ammenities and facilities to be incorporated into the project? Do you have a preferred location for such a complex? Should the project aim to meet the needs of both the Arts & Recreation communities or should they be considered separately?
